Aluminum Radiator Workshop
Our Aluminum Tank Production Department boasts a professional equipment production
line tailored for vehicle engine radiator cooling systems, enabling the manufacture of over 3,000 distinct
products designed for aluminum radiators suitable for a variety of vehicles and engineering machines.
Stamping Department
Equipped with advanced production tools, including 30 presses, hydraulic systems, cutting shears,
and other machinery, capable of producing stretching stamping parts, large stamping components,
and precision stamping products, among others.
Mold Workshop
Our workshop is outfitted with three sets of large and small CNC vertical machining centers and over
40 different pieces of equipment. We leverage a CAD/CAM network integration system for process
design and mold fabrication. The mold workshop creates metal stamping dies,
injection molds, die casting molds, and all fixtures and appliances for molds, alongside other precision
molds. Our expertise extends to crafting molds for various auto radiators.
Injection Molded Parts Production Department
Featuring 10 large and small injection molding machines with capacities ranging from 80T to 2000T, we
are able to inject PC, PMMA, PA, PE, PVC, ABS, AS, PP, and other engineering plastics, producing
automotive plastic components such as front and rear protection bars, grilles, interior elements,
automotive lighting plastic parts, and plastic goods for a diverse array of vehicles.
Condenser Workshop
Equipped with cutting-edge technology and superior equipment, our workshop is capable of handling
the production and manufacturing of specified aluminum-copper radiators for a myriad of automobiles
and construction machinery, boasting an annual output of 600 thousand, projected to exceed 1 million in the future. Kinga is committed to evolving into a
